PassReady is an independent tool that resizes and checks photographs against published passport, visa and identity-document specifications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Using this tool is not part of any official application process.

A free compliance check, and — if you buy — a resized photograph, a printable sheet and a report of the measurements we took. The report is our own record. It is not an official document and carries no authority with any government.

We do not promise your application will be accepted. We measure what can be measured from an image against a published specification. We cannot assess how recently a photo was taken, what you were wearing, whether a head covering qualifies as religious, or how a particular official will exercise their judgement.

Specifications also change. Each document page links to the issuing authority and shows the date we last checked it. Please confirm the current requirements yourself before you submit — the authority’s published rule always takes precedence over ours.

• Upload only a photograph of yourself, or of someone for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or who has asked you to do so.
• Choose the correct document type. We render to the specification you select.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent payment, or use automated tools to make bulk requests.
• Check the current official requirements before submitting an application.

PassReady is currently free, including the finished file. Nothing is charged and no payment details are collected. The rest of this section applies from the moment we introduce a price, which we will announce before it happens.

Prices are shown before you pay and are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the seller of record. You are charged once, per purchase; there is no subscription and nothing recurring. Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

Your download is delivered immediately and we keep no copy, so please save it before closing the tab. If a download fails, write to us and we will help — but we will need you to re-upload the photograph, because we genuinely do not have it.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of PassReady is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for consequential losses such as application fees, travel costs or missed appointments. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

You keep every right in your own photograph. We claim no licence over it beyond processing it to produce your file, which happens in memory and leaves no copy. The site, its rule database and its software remain ours.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms in force are those published when you made your purchase.
